May 3rd meeting – aerials/antennae pt1
Not too long ago projects and construction were major parts of our hobby? Sadly those days are becoming distant memories with nearly everyone operating with ‘black boxes’ and pre-packed G5RV’s. Well we are going to try to bring construction back into the hobby starting with arguably the easiest subject for the novice constructor, aerials. April 26th meeting – Construction and soldering
In our ongoing efforts to provide our members with the most up-to-date equipment in our mobile shack we have ordered an RF System PM-SDR Receiver. Delivery is expected tomorrow (Saturday) and Clive 2W0CVE has agreed to build a small audio amplifier for use with the PM-SDR. We also have another construction kit or two in [...] -
