After much discussion, lasting several weeks, we decided on an antenna for the Blind Vets UK Radio Room. The HyEndFed 8 Band is what we have sent for, initially from club funds. Our meeting room hosts, Blind Veterans UK, provided wonderful festive fare for our Christmas Party. A hotly contested Liz-Quiz with up-to-date questions tested our members and provided some winners with chocs and other prizes. Several members received award certificates for valiant service.
