The EGM called last month was held tonight (7/3/11) to amend the club’s constitution in respect of a proposal which was upheld to introduce an annual subscription of £10. All 23 members present paid their subscription. Members not present will be notified of the decision by letter in the next 7 days. Should you wish to renew your membership, please contact me by email, phone or on the air ASAP to save the club postage!!
Other Business
In light of the revenue to be raised by the subscription charge and the current economic difficulties, it was decided to hold the table and entrance fees to this year’s rally at last year’s prices.
After several requests for a membership list for use by members, it was decided to add one to the members area of the site, it was agreed that the only details recorded should be, callsign, name and QTH town. If you do not wish to be included please let me know.
